You begin by selecting your experience and preferred date directly on the website. Your booking is confirmed upon payment.

2. What happens after I book?

Once your booking is confirmed:

  • You will receive a link for your alignment session

  • We meet for a 15-minute call or chat to define your expectations and preferences

  • Your experience is then curated and delivered as a structured itinerary

3. What is the alignment session?

The alignment session is a 15-minute conversation where we define:

  • the mood of your experience

  • your preferences

  • your movement (walking, driving, transport)

This step ensures your experience is intentional and seamless.

4. Do I have to be on video for the call?

No. You can choose the format that suits you best:

  • video call (Zoom / Teams)

  • audio call

  • live chat

  • email-based exchange

The goal is clarity—not format.

✧ Itinerary & Follow-Up

1. When will I receive my itinerary?

Your curated itinerary is delivered up to 72 hours after your alignment session, once all elements are confirmed.

2. Can I make changes after receiving my itinerary?

Yes. You are given access to a 10-minute optional follow-up session within 48 hours of receiving your itinerary to:

  • refine details

  • ask questions

  • adjust elements if needed

Each experience includes:

  • 2–3 curated activities

  • reservation coordination

  • intentional sequencing

  • structured timing

  • guidance to remove decision-making

2. What is the difference between Independent Entry and Full Escort?

Independent Entry: You arrive on your own. The experience itself is fully curated and structured. Full Escort: Your movement is coordinated throughout the experience, ensuring continuity from departure to return.

Custom experiences in other locations are available, with additional:

✧ Rescheduling & Cancellation

1. Can I cancel my booking?

  • Full refund: up to 24 hours before your experience

  • Less than 24 hours: 25% fee applies

2. Can I reschedule my experience?

  • Up to 2 reschedules within the same week: no fee

  • Additional reschedules: 15% fee applies

  • Rescheduling to a different week: 10% fee applies
